New 2010 Vendor
Coordinator
2010 brings us a new vendor coordinator, Carol Aguilar. With the
retirement of Darrel Smith and Joyce Shearer, we welcome Carol to the position. Thank you
Darrel and Joyce for all your help and dedication as past vendor
coordinators. Welcome Carol!
FOOD VENDORS
PLEASE NOTE!
All FOOD vendors will now
be applying for a booth(s) through the White River Valley Lions. If you
are a past vendor, you will receive you application and letter through
the mail just as you always have for Pacific Days from the White River
Valley Lions.
Since Pacific Partnerships has received its 501c3 status, food vendors
will be added to the venue for the Chainsaw Carving Competition rather
than the venue for Pacific Days. You will still be located in the
Pacific Park. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact
Carol at (253) 929-4161.
Setup times
Once again this year, we ask that vendors be ready to do business by
4:00 PM on Friday July 9th. Carol will be available by 9:30 AM on
Friday to get you checked in early.
Power Cords
In previous years, we
found that inadequate power cords became a safety hazard and interrupted
service for some vendors. As a result, we are once again
requiring all power cords to be heavy enough to accommodate a 20-amp
power load over 100 feet. Be prepared to be as much as 100 feet from the
power source which will necessitate the need for either a 100 foot cord
or two 50 foot cords that accommodate 20 amps each
(a minimum of 12 gauge wire).
Vendor spaces are assigned
based on the date we receive your application, how many days with us and
availability of power to the space location.
